FILMER -- CW3 Chief Warrant Officer David Paul Filmer, USA (Ret.), 52, a resident of Albuquerque, died Friday May 26, 2006. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Dorothy; three sons, David Christopher Filmer and wife, Jennie, Bryan Patrick Filmer and wife, Kori, and Jason Paul Filmer and wife, Kelley; eight grandchildren, Dylan, Savannah, David, Desiree, Ashland, Jadon, Jason and Isaiah; parents, Edward James and Hiromi Filmer; brothers and sisters, Mieko Bartow, Patricia Cooksey, Marvin Filmer and wife, Stephanie, Edward Filmer II and wife, Diane, Victor Filmer and wife, Toni, and Manuel Kuhn and wife, Julia; and numerous other relatives and friends who loved and cared for him. David was preceded in death by his father and mother-in-law, Samuel and Felicita Kuhn. He was born on September 7, 1953, in Ft. Eustis, VA. David was a proud war veteran, serving in the United States Army until his retirement. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son and brother and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, Tuesday, May 30, 2006 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Services will be held at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel Wednesday, May 31, 2006, 10:00 am with Pastor Rick Donaho officiating.
