Automated 47% of all transactions and saved or avoided $157 million in 36 months.

BMC Software Inc., Houston, TX 2010 to 2014
DIRECTOR, Head of Global Procurement Reported through the SVP of Operations as Head of Procurement. Established world class Supply Chain transformation, rebuilding I.T. Strategic Sourcing team, and administering spend in 38 countries. Saved or avoided over $101 million in 48 months.

FLEXTRONICS, Milpitas, CA 2001 to 2006
SR. DIRECTOR, Deputy Procurement Officer As Deputy PO managed all Direct ($10 billion) & Indirect ($1 billion) spend with an international staff of 95. Increased Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) to industry norms while reducing excess and obsolete inventories that removed $900 million from required operating capital.
