David Lee Rattan, 62, beloved father, grandfather and brother, was called home to his heavenly Father on Monday, Dec. 21, 2015. Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday at Glenview Baptist Church. Interment: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 29, in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Dave was a proud veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He had a great smile and loved to laugh and he will be missed dearly. He was the best dad and granddad ever. Dave was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Mary Rattan; and Carrie Lynn Rattan. Survivors: Sons, Cory Rattan and wife, Jessica, and Scott Rattan and wife, Brianna; grandchildren, Eli, Shane and Charlie Rattan; sisters, Dianne Hollar and husband, Roger, and Trish Smith and husband, Ken; and numerous other relatives and friends.
