Gayle Bachechi

Gayle Ellen Bachechi (Wendlick), aged 71, passed away on October 18, 2024, in Albuquerque, NM, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on September 28, 1953, Gayle was known for her kind, generous spirit, and her witty and intelligent demeanor. She was a loving mother and grandmother who cherished spending time with her family. Throughout her life, Gayle found joy in hobbies such as crocheting, playing bingo, and most importantly, spending time with her family. Her warm presence, loving nature, and laughter will be remembered by all who knew her. 

Gayle is survived by her husband, John Bachechi; daughters, Genna Kreutzer and Jamie Columb; sister, Sherrill Barrett; grandson, Dashel Kreutzer; granddaughter, Sibyl Columb; sons-in-law, Jack Columb and James Stoker, Jr; and many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family that she cherished dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Agnes Wendlick, and her brother, Gary Wendlick. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Gayle can be made to the American Cancer Society.
